PEGGY CAR BROKE DOWN IN CROWLEY

We lived in Crowley la and owned a 1975 mercury marquis Peggy and Donna was out one day while I was working. The car quit and Peggy called me She said she was alright and I need not hurry. This place had let them use the phone and the people was so nice. One of the friendist places in Crowley. I laughted when she told me where she was calling from. I went right down and fixed the car for her. That night she asked me why I thought it was so funny. I said “ Honey that real nice friendly place was the local whore house. You could have earned a car repair” She did not think it was funny oh well
